Study logs, study subjects, gym workouts, personal records, notes, streaks, and related progress data that you choose to enter into Habilis.

Basic technical information such as IP address, device/browser details, session identifiers, and server logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How We Use Information

We use your information to authenticate you, sync your data between the web app and Android app, display your progress, maintain account-specific data separation, and improve reliability and security.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Habilis uses service providers such as Google for sign-in and DigitalOcean-hosted infrastructure for app hosting and data storage. These providers process information only as needed to provide the service.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security and integrity of Habilis.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your account and progress data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request account or data deletion using our account deletion request page.

Security

We use HTTPS, account authentication, and reasonable technical safeguards to protect your data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Habilis is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
